Obtain the psychophysical fitness report from a DGT-authorised Driver Recognition Centre. The centre checks psychological, visual, hearing, and general medical fitness. A report used for a DGT application expires after 90 working days unless it has already been incorporated into the procedure.

DGT-authorised Driver Recognition Centres issue the reports required to obtain or renew a licence. The DGT describes psychological, visual, hearing, and general medical checks. Use the official centre list rather than assuming any clinic can submit the report.
Time the report around your application
The DGT states that the report expires after 90 working days. Arrange it close enough to the application that administrative delays do not make it unusable. If it is already incorporated into an open examination file, a later transfer to another school does not require a new report solely because of the transfer.
