What the €94.05 fee covers
The DGT’s independent-application page lists fee 2.1 at €94.05 per requested licence. It is the public examination application fee, not an all-inclusive price for lessons, use of a school vehicle, administration by a school, or the medical examination.

How the two calls are consumed
Annex VI of the General Driver Regulation gives each application two calls. Passing lets you move to the next required test within the same process; two failures, whether on the same test or different tests, mean a new application and fee.
